Consequently, all access to products, purchases and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect for failed payments until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.   

Cancellation and refunds policy

BeverleyBishop.com provides various workshops, programs and associated material for sale. By purchasing or downloading these products, you are given access to the content and associated material (the products) for your own personal use.

No refunds are given for products you have ordered or purchased where access has already been granted, for example a digital download, or a course where you have been provided with login details, as we cannot reverse this access. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a product on the website before purchase, to give you a full understanding of what to expect from the product content.

Where sales are made online direct to an individual for a product in advance of access, you have 14 days to cancel and request a refund by contacting us in writing as long as this is done at least 24 hours before access commences.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.  

Force majeure
